Saudi Arabia Approves Initial Projects Under Hospitality Investment Enablers

Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Ministry and Investment Ministry announced the first batch of projects approved under the Hospitality Investment Enablers programme on 19 October 2026. The programme aims to support private-sector hospitality investment, with the first project scheduled to open by the end of 2026 and further openings planned through 2029. Hotels and tourism operators require demand forecasting, revenue management and efficient guest-service systems as the Kingdom prepares for major future events.
